I just got my hands on an SCA-35, and I would really like to do your EFB mod. When I first started up the amp though, the cathode bypass cap blew, so I tacked in a replacement, but I plan to get one of the cap replacement boards, since the rest of the filters are probably shaky. They generally have a cathode resistor on each pair of output tubes. How does that change the mod? I couldn't quite understand that part. Thanks for the great ideas.
